Introduction to SVG

In this chapter we are going use WebObjects to vend an altogether different content from that of Web interfaces. In particular, we are going to use WebObjects to generate images on the fly.

What Is SVG?

It is an open standard published by the W3 Consortium and has an impressive lineup of applications that support it, including Adobe Illustrator 10, Adobe Golive 6, CorelDraw 10, Quark XPress 5. Not to mention a host of Java classes and libraries to generate and process SVG content.
