A sectioning directive for specifying directives that apply if a given define is entered on the command line. For example:
<IfDefine MD5Digest> LoadModule mod_digest libexec/moddigest.so </IfDefine>
This directive is executed if the Apache server is started using the following command line parameter:
httpd -DMD5Digest ...
Note that you can place an exclamation mark in front of the
<IfDefine>
parameter to include such
directives if a definition is not made on the
command line.
