6.7. Summary

This chapter reviewed the anchor tag (<a>), how it is used to provide links to other documents, and how additional information can be provided to illustrate the relationship between linked documents. You also learned how to provide alternative navigational methods through the use of the tabindex and accesskey attributes. As you learn the rest of the XHTML tags and elements, you will see how to effectively weave links into your documents' structure.
