Did you have a terrible purchase experience? Unfortunately it happens in the online as well as the offline world. And you do have some options to deal with it. Here are some resource options.

Before you start filing complaints everywhere, contact the merchant and see if they can resolve your problem. Don't assume that the merchant is evil and is out to rip you off. E-mail is not reliable. Sometimes you just didn't get the delivery notification or the mail requesting additional information. Try to work it out with the merchant first.
