Places

Places are, in a way, even more confusing than names. After all, people can expect to be listed by their first and last names. But there's no telling how a place might be listed! A city and state might be listed (but will it be Oklahoma or OK?). A city alone might be listed, especially for very local businesses (but are they going to list the nearest big city or the small town that they're actually in?). And sometimes a locally understood area might be listed, but no city name at all (North Carolina's “Triad” area covers several different cities).
