Some time after Adam had bought, read and implemented the advice in Glenn Murray's SEO Secrets (discussed in chapter 12), he discovered something strange: he actually had two copies of the e-book on his computer, and the first copy long pre-dated his purchase. Yep, he already owned a copy of the e-book, and had done for 18 months. When he traced it back, he found that it had been forwarded to him for free by a friend, but he hadn't read it, let alone put it into action.

So which gave better value — the free copy or the one he paid $79 of his hard-earned money for? The paid one, of course!
