Usability Testing

This appendix lists guidelines you can check off during usability testing. If your company has usability test plans, you might want to add use cases that test whether the application follows these guidelines.

Overall

 Work with users to define the “home” or starting point for applications.

 Check if users want a quick method for returning to the starting point of a task. Suggestion: Use the organization’s logo as the shortcut to the home page.

Data Input

 All labels are understood by a majority of users.
