The idea behind Leaderchart (Leaderchart Corporation) is to make leadership development simple, fun, useful and accessible for everyone, even the smallest business and start-up. It is based on the three leadership styles – Entrepreneur, Manager and Leader – and the belief that we all have these skills in us according to our own profile. The purpose of Leaderchart is to give you a tool to help you develop yourself, your team and your company in a proactive way.
