Conclusion
This is a conclusion only in the sense that it represents the end of the book. In fact we are dealing with a work in progress. In the beginning I described the undertaking as an ongoing experiment which for me has been running for more than twenty years. Based on that experience I offered certain propositions about the nature of our world and our organizations, combined with an approach to effective navigation (Wave Riding). I am under no illusions that anything close to ironclad proof has been achieved. Nor would I ask that you simply believe what I have said. Indeed, quite the opposite. It is my fervent hope that you will believe nothing until it is validated in your own experience. In short, please run the experiment for yourself. ...
