He has over fifteen years of experience in the computer industry in product development, support, training, and product marketing. Ben is the author of the best-selling ColdFusion Web Application Construction Kit (now in its third edition), and its sequel Advanced ColdFusion 4 Development (both published by Que), as well as books on Windows 2000 development, JSP, Allaire HomeSite, and Allaire Spectra.
