Specifying URLs

In WAP applications, uniform resource locators (URLs) provide the path to which cards navigate. URLs provide a network path for cards to connect to other cards and files, whether they are both contained within the same deck or on different networks and servers.

You’ll use two types of URLs within your WAP applications: relative and absolute. The following pages discuss the definitions and differences between relative and absolute URLs and how they both can play a part in WAP development.
