I do use one model from Cornucopia3D.com: Victorian House, 1. This model is a typical example of 19th century, small town architecture and was inspired by the Alexander Black House located in Blacksburg, Virginia. (At least, that’s what it says on the product page.) If you have another house model, feel free to use it. Just make the appropriate adjustments when necessary.
