Calling Karma from inside the node_modules directory every time can be annoying. There are two ways to make this more pleasant: we can install Karma globally or we can add Karma to our npm scripts; we'll do both.
First, let's add Karma to our npm scripts. Go inside the package.json file and add the following block:

Now, you can type npm run test and Karma will automatically launch. The next thing we can do is install Karma globally with the following line:
npm install -g karma
