PROBLEM DETAILS: TYPE: WAD COMPID: 5695DF122 RELEASE: 1D0 CUSTOMER: Lost the CF on which the IGWLOCK00 structure resided. While the structure was being rebuilt, also lost the SMSVSAM server on N7B.
