Using advanced network properties on virtual machines

On virtual machines, you can specify how the network connection is to be used. In this section, you'll learn how to work with advanced properties of the network adapter, and you'll also read how to add multiple network cards to one virtual machine.

Setting advanced network properties on virtual machines

To specify advanced settings for the network cards in virtual machines, you first select the virtual machine properties. Next, select Network Adapter that is in use for your virtual machine. This will show all the current configuration parameters. From this interface, you can see the type of network connection that is currently configured, and if needed, you can change the default type here.
