Performing initial validation of the new VSAN cluster

Now that VSAN is enabled and capacity has been added to the new cluster, we should perform a few initial validation steps to ensure that the cluster is healthy. Performing these steps now can help prevent provisioning or availability errors later on when we start to create VMs in the new VSAN cluster.

Getting ready

You should be logged in to the vSphere Web Client as an administrator or user, authorized to alter cluster-level settings, VSAN, and VASA providers.
