NSX Flow Monitoring supports IPFIX, and flow collection can be forwarded to an external IPFIX collector for longer data retention and centralized flow collection.
- From the Flow Monitoring configuration menu, select the IPFix menu. IPFIX is disabled by default-click on the Edit button to enable IPFIX. In the new dialog box, tick the Enable IPFix Configuration checkbox, input the Observation DomainID, input the Active Flow Export Timeout, and click on OK once you are finished:
