How to do it...

Follow the steps below to upgrade host clusters:

From the vSphere Web Client, navigate to Home| Networking & Security | Installation | Host Preparation. Check the Installation Status column on the NSX Component Installation on Hosts section and, for each cluster, click the Upgrade available link to upgrade the host clusters:

When prompted, click Yes to proceed with the upgrade.

If DRS is enabled, DRS will evacuate the host and put it into maintenance mode so VMs are moved to other hosts in the cluster. Depending on the NSX version, the host may need to be rebooted to complete the upgrade.
