Introducing Visual Studio

Visual Studio (VS) has been the single Microsoft Integrated Development Environment (IDE) since its release in 1995. Previously, Microsoft Visual Basic, Visual C++ and Visual FoxPro were three different software formats. Between 1995 and 1998, Microsoft released three versions of Visual Studio.
