About the Author

KristaNeher (www.KristaNeher.com) is the CEO of Boot Camp Digital (www.BootCampDigital.com), an international speaker on social media and Internet marketing, and a best-selling author.

Krista started her career at Procter & Gamble, where she learned strategic brand building and marketing. She left P&G to run marketing for an Internet startup, where she became a social media marketing pioneer, running one of the first Twitter business accounts. Krista founded Boot Camp Digital in 2009 and has trained and educated thousands of marketers.

In addition to training via Boot Camp Digital, Krista created one of the first accredited social media certification programs when she was the managing director of the Institute for Social Media at Cincinnati State. She also contributes to a number of social media training programs and workshops.

Krista has worked with leading organizations such as P&G, GE, Google, the United States Senate, General Mills, Remax, Prudential, the Better Business Bureau, and more. She is a sought-after keynote speaker and trainer, and she has worked with organizations in North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. She has also been a featured expert in the New York Times; on CNN, NBC, and CBS; at Mashable and the Associated Press; and more.

She is also the best-selling author of Social Media Field Guide, Visual Social Media Marketing, and the textbook Social Media Marketing: A Strategic Approach.
