Tint
Apply Tint to create a duotone using a color of your choice. You can optionally preserve some of the original colors of the image, while applying the overall tint.
Open the picture for editing, click the Effects tab, and click the Tint icon.
To accept the default tint color (white), adjust the Color Preservation slider to indicate the amount of original colors to retain, and then click Apply.
