Fill Light
Photos shot indoors—especially those taken at night without the benefit of a flash—often contain areas that are too dark. By applying the Fill Light tool, you may be able to improve these photos by brightening the dark areas without washing out the lighter areas.
Open the picture for editing and click the Basic Fixes tab.
