Chapter 26. Using Models Together

In high school, you learn science, math, language, music, and social studies in separate classes. Each class teaches a specific subject area, and you learn about that area separately from the rest. However, as you progress, you learn that many fields cross disciplinary boundaries. For example, math heavily affects sciences such as biology, physics, and chemistry, and each of the sciences affect each other. Physics helps you to better understand chemistry, and chemistry helps you to better understand biology. The techniques and information that you learn in each area help you increase your understanding of many other areas.
