Chapter 10. Keyword Reference

This chapter provides detailed recommendations on the usage of every Visual Basic, Visual Basic for Applications, and Visual Basic, Scripting Edition, keyword. Methods, properties, and events of controls and other objects are not included, although you will find control-related information in Chapter 11, Control and User Interface Standards.

This chapter is meant to be read through once quickly, then used as a reference when needed. As you move through the keywords, you will begin to see patterns of rules and recommendations. Many of these patterns are listed in the summary section at the end of the chapter.
