Chapter 4. User Interface Consistency

The topic of user interface consistency and organization, in contrast to the other topics covered in this book, is actually quite popular. Entire books are written about it, including a few volumes from Microsoft. It is the one area of your coding style where your users and customers will actually have something significant to say as well. And why not?
