Typist: The Text Editor

After reading this chapter (and practicing its contents on the computer) you will get a taste of real-life projects. In this chapter you will develop the Typist, which is a text editor like Notepad. It is an SDI-type project and also consists of a menu system. You can create, save, and open text files (with .txt extension) using Typist. Typist is equipped with limited printing facility so that you can print the contents of editing area.
