Finding Lost Windows

Sometimes you can lose a window. For instance, when you run a and step through the code in debug mode, the environment hides the Server Explorer window by default. To restore the window, select the View menu’s Server Explorer command.

You can use the View menu’s other commands to find other lost windows. Use the Other Windows submenu to restore the Command window or Output window if you close them and want them back.

Note that some windows don’t display meaningful data under all circumstances. For example, the Properties window is empty unless you have a form open in design mode. While the program is executing and when you have a text module open, the Properties window is empty.
