What's Next

In this chapter you were introduced to some of the capabilities of graphics programming in .NET. This includes drawing your own text, using fonts, declaring and using different brushes for providing interesting visual effects, pens for adding color to your lines and shapes, and icons and images.

This was basically an introduction into GDI+. There is a lot more to explore in this area if you are really interested in doing your own drawing in your Visual Basic .NET applications.
