What's Next

In Part III of the book you learned all the fundamental concepts of object-oriented development. You started with the simple concepts of class and object, their attributes (fields and properties), and their operations (methods), both object and class level (non-shared and shared). You then learned the fundamental concepts of object-oriented development: inheritance, interfaces, and polymorphism. You learned about the basic principles of OO: encapsulation and abstraction, and how to use them. You also learned some of the advanced concepts: collections and relations, and an intro to object persistence principles.
