Chapter 4. Visual Basic .NET Project Types
There are several different types of projects that you can create using Visual Basic .NET. This chapter presents the project types so that you can understand the types of software projects you can create as you read the rest of the book. When you create one of these projects, all of the initial files and source code are generated to give you a head start. Once the project is created, it is up to you to then add the specific code that is unique to your project. Hopefully, the descriptions of these project types give you a better understanding of the true breadth and power that Visual Basic .NET provides you as a developer:
