What's Next

You have gone through the process of building the project. This included an explanation of the build messages in the Output Window and tasks in the Task window in the event a build fails. You then executed the application in order to see it working.

In the next chapter, we discuss the types and structures of the various VB projects that you can create. A description of each project type is given along with an example to show what each type of project looks like when it is running. This is intended to give you an idea of the types of applications you can build with Visual Basic .NET.
