Building and Rebuilding

You may have noticed that there is a Build and a Rebuild menu item. After you build your project for the first time, selecting Build will only build the files that have changed since the last build. This way if you have many files in one project only the files that changed would be built again. This saves time if you have large projects containing hundreds of files and you only make a single change to one file. Only that file would be built when you select the Build menu item from the Build menu.
