Summary

The Graphics Device Interface plus (GDI+) provides all of the power and functionality of the API and more. GDI+ enables you to create custom graphics, create shaped forms, and manage imaging tasks across a broad and extensible range of bitmapped image types.

In this chapter you learned how to create text effects, implement shaped Windows Forms, and work with vector-based graphics using classes in the System.Drawing namespace.
