Visual Studio 2015 is the premier development environment for Microsoft Azure. To enable the IDE, you need to download and install Microsoft Azure SDK for .NET and Visual Studio 2015. At this writing, the latest SDK available is version 2.5.1. You can find it at http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/downloads/. Download the installer and follow the instructions to target Visual Studio 2015.
