Sizing Your RDS Deployment
Sizing an RDS deployment can be a challenging exercise. Several factors will determine the workload that an RDS farm can support. First, there is a lot of flexibility when deploying in the farm mode, and you can combine various RD server roles to change the workload on a given server. Second, the workload of these RDS servers depends upon the wide variety of applications that may be running on them and the different ways in which users work with these applications.
