Stepping into a virtual classroom is like an actor stepping onstage for a Broadway play. The props are set, the performers are ready, and the audience waits expectantly for the curtain to open.

Before this moment, there has been tons of planning and preparation. A professional actor would never step onstage without learning their lines or rehearsing.

This is true for a virtual trainer, too.

Although the audience in a virtual classroom won’t be as passive as an audience at a play, the analogy still holds true: Like an actor in a play, a virtual trainer goes through intense preparation to be ready. He can never expect to wing it.
