Harness Your Voice

A trainer’s voice can make or break the virtual training experience for a participant. Just as a musician’s talent shines during a performance, a trainer’s voice demonstrates their presentation skills. It reveals the trainer’s personality and interest in the topic, and it can betray their nervousness.
