Troy McMillan is a content developer for Kaplan IT, where he writes and edits practice tests and study guides for certification exams. His areas of concentration are VMware, Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, and CWNP. He is also a freelance trainer and technical writer and consultant. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife Heike and a house full of dogs, cats, exotic birds, and fish. He enjoys sports of all kinds, especially running, and is a former professional musician, with bass as his main instrument.
