11. Tuning WordPress for Search Engines
In this chapter, tune your WordPress-based website for search engines with the right settings, plugins, and content.
If I were the cheeky sort (well, you know by now that I am that sort), I would just say:
“WordPress is already tuned for search engines. End of chapter.”
However, that isn’t what you bought the book for, and in all truth, that’s not 100% true. With a default install and using the settings I’ve outlined earlier, WordPress is about 90% there, as far as search engines go.
