Changing our behaviors, in an ongoing and adaptive way in response to new demands, is the key to a long and healthy life. People need to be the drivers of their health by getting actively engaged and addressing the five behaviors of everyday life related to chronic diseases and the ten behaviors to be actively engaged with the health care system
