Michael C. Oldenburg is a technical writer in the Office division at Microsoft Corporation. Professionally and privately, Michael is dedicated to helping people learn and enjoy what their computers can do. For the past 15 years, he has worked on a variety of software—including Microsoft FrontPage, PhotoDraw, Search Server, and OneNote. Previously, Michael worked as a network administrator in a mixed PC/Mac environment, as an international support specialist for European territories, and as a corporate trainer.
