9. Using the Calendar

This chapter shows you how to navigate in the calendar, create and edit appointments, and print the calendar.

The Outlook calendar is one of the primary components of Outlook. In this chapter, you can explore the different calendar views and learn to navigate the calendar; create recurring and nonrecurring appointments and events; send meeting requests; search for appointments; and edit, delete, and print appointments. Also in this chapter, you learn about the feature called My Day.

Exploring the Calendar Window
