8. Using Contacts

In this chapter, you learn how to create, import, sort, find, edit, delete, and categorize contacts, as well as create contact groups for mass e-mailing.

This chapter focuses on the Contacts component of Outlook, which holds the names, addresses, phone/ fax numbers, e-mail addresses, and miscellaneous personal information for your contacts. The chapter covers adding contacts to your Address Book in many different ways; finding contacts; deleting contacts and editing contact information; editing the contact form; creating a group contact for mass e-mailing; and categorizing contacts.
