Calendar
iCal is useful for storing all your friends' email addresses, phone numbers, and so forth. These can be synched with your iPad, iPod touch, and/or iPhone. I find it easiest to view the calendar in Month view, as shown in the following screen:
Click the following circled icon on your dock to access iCal:
Adding an Event
The quickest way to add a new event is to click on the plus sign shown in the following screen, and then enter the event name, time, and date. iCal will then add an appointment to your calendar.
