The Usenet newsgroup comp.unix.shell serves as a clearinghouse for all sorts of shell questions. If you have a problem with the shell that you suspect is peculiar to a particular vendor's implementation, one of the other comp.unix.* groups or one of the comp.sys.* groups may also be useful.
