My view is that user experience already is—or soon will be—the key battleground for all types of consumer products, spanning from PC software to webpages to devices, from social websites to remote controls, from word-processing software to portable music players, from smart phones to low-end phone devices, and more. If you in the consumer business market fail to meet rising requirements from the end user, then you and your company may soon become obsolete. That is a fact.
