Biography

Kem-Laurin Kramer is a user experience researcher and designer with 13 years of experience in the field. She has worked both as a manager and individual contributor in a number of market fields, including mobile user experience, web design, logistics, and assembly; energy and automation; information and communication networks; and medical imaging and health information systems (financial and clinical), to name a few. More recently, she has been engaged in designing user experiences for the following GIS, courts and justice, permitting, licensing and compliance, and freedom of information in the space of citizen-centric solutions.
