The Authors

Andy Hargreaves is the Thomas More Brennan Chair in Education at the Lynch School of Education at Boston College. Before that, he was the cofounder and codirector of the International Centre for Educational Change at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. In 2014, he was ranked as one of the twelve most influential scholars on US public education policy.

Andy has written or edited more than twenty-five books on leadership and change. They include Sustainable Leadership (with Dean Fink; Wiley, 2006) and Professional Capital (with Michael Fullan; Teachers’ College Press, 2012).
