At this point you have identified your bad habits and looked at how they are affecting you. More importantly, you have begun building your good habits and thought about what successful habits people you admire have. Now it's time to start building your 1-3-5 Action Plan.

What are you focusing on right now? OK, don't be clever and say ‘this book, Pete' . I mean in your business or life. What is your major focus? Do you know? Is it clear? Is it getting you to where you want to be? Do you carry your current major goal around with you on a piece of card, your smartphone or tablet?

Being focused is vital. As I've already said, finding the most rewarding and profitable things to focus on is key!
