I realize that you may not have done all of the exercises but I urge you to do so. Whenever I carry out a follow-up review with my clients I notice a massive difference between two groups. The first group has had reasonable success and learned some cool new stuff. They've had a shot of motivation and they feel fairly good. Their results are quite good. Then there is the second group.
